Out on Film 2024

Queer Joy”

For Out On Film 2024, I developed the “Queer Joy” creative campaign—a bold, playful visual identity built around the transformation of letterforms into vibrant, iconic shapes. These icons served multiple roles across the campaign: as standalone graphics, containers for text and imagery, background patterns, and callouts for key event details. By pairing a minimalist design structure with a lively color palette that blended rainbow tones with soft creams and navy, the campaign invited a younger, design-savvy audience to engage with the festival while maintaining a sense of celebration and sophistication.

Role: Creative Direction, Campaign Identity, Graphic Design, Art Direction
Developed the campaign across print, digital, social, environmental, merchandise and on-screen applications, creating a flexible visual system that could adapt across festival programming and communications. I also provided art direction for the festival program guide, developing templates and visual assets and working with the publication designer to translate the campaign identity across the guide.
